Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in medical billing for Optometry or Ophthalmology, including experience with routine vision billing, insurance claims filing, and working with optical elements. Certification in CPOC is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client medical and routine vision claims, ensuring compliance with CMS standards and optical billing regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client claims.
  • Utilize the correct coding (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to facilitate appropriate reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with clearinghouses such as Trizetto/Gateway, Apex, RPA, Zirmed/Waystar, Vision Web, Inovalon, Availity, and Eyefinity.
