Knack RCM Announces Michelle Brown as New Vice President of Transformation

Knack RCM, a leader in tech-enabled, end-to-end customizable revenue cycle management (RCM) services, proudly announces the appointment of Michelle Brown as its new Vice President of Transformation.

Michelle brings 30 years of diverse operations and operations excellence leadership experience across industries, including healthcare revenue cycle management, financial services, customer service, and business consulting. As a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum Master, Michelle has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, innovation, and customer-focused solutions.

Michelle’s expertise includes future-state design, workflow optimization, process automation, and operational standardization. She has led revenue cycle automation initiatives supporting multiple large hospital systems, driving operational improvements, including front-end efficiency, reduced authorization denials, and improved billing cycle times, resulting in gains in cash collections and cost savings.

Her experience in healthcare spans clinical operations, hospital and health plan management, revenue cycle processes, call center optimization, and business process automation.
