Jon Weeding brings 33 years of healthcare experience, including 25 years dedicated to the eyecare industry. He has founded, scaled, and successfully exited three healthcare services companies and joined Knack RCM in 2017 following the sale of CS EYE to the organization. From 2022 to 2025, Jon served as Chief Sales Officer, overseeing Knack RCM’s growth from $25 million to $115 million in revenue. In 2026, he returned to his roots in eyecare as General Manager of Knack RCM’s Eyecare Vertical, where he is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships across optometry and ophthalmology.
