Suhas Sethi serves as Knack RCM’s Chief Operations Officer and has more than 30 years in leading operations and driving transformation across the Insurance & Healthcare service organizations. At Knack RCM, Suhas will lead the strategy and execution for scaling the global delivery organization which will include solutions, transitions, process excellence and leveraging Technology & Ai in transforming the client’s business.
He has led large global operating teams to achieve flawless delivery and excellent client relationships as part of his leadership stints across industry leaders like Genpact, Cognizant Tech, and WNS. He is a certified Six Sigma professional with certifications in Ai for Business implementation.
