About Gautam
Gautam Barai serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Knack RCM. He brings more than two decades of experience in scaling AI-led businesses and driving enterprise transformation leveraging technology and operations. Prior to joining Knack RCM, Gautam was Chief Operating Officer at WNS, a public listed company on NYSE, where he led the industry verticals and horizontals, sales, account management, marketing, global operations across all delivery locations, technology and analytics spanning more than 60,000 colleagues across 15 countries. Gautam has an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
