Pradyumna Vengurlekar assumes the role of Global General Counsel at Knack RCM and has close to two decades of experience in leading Legal, Compliance, and Governance functions.
In this role, Pradyumna will lead the Legal and Secretarial function, closely working with the Board, Executive Leadership, and business teams to enable Knack RCM’s growth and scalability through practical, risk‑aware, and business‑focused legal strategy. His expertise includes corporate advisory, governance, regulatory compliance, cross‑border transactions, and enterprise risk management.
Pradyumna is recognized for building scalable legal frameworks, supporting complex global operations, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and change in dynamic regulatory environments.
He has previously held leadership roles at WNS, Crisil, and TresVista. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University of Singapore, specializing in Corporate Law.
