Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry
- At least 2+ years of proven leadership as a Senior Manager (or equivalent) in Physician Billing AR
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines and AR processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Strong client-facing experience with US healthcare providers
