Michelle brings 30 years of diverse operations and operations excellence leadership experience across industries, including healthcare revenue cycle management, financial services, customer service, and business consulting. As a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum Master, Michelle has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, innovation, and customer-focused solutions.
Michelle’s expertise includes future-state design, workflow optimization, process automation, and operational standardization. She has led revenue cycle automation initiatives supporting multiple large hospital systems, driving operational improvements, including front-end efficiency, reduced authorization denials, and improved billing cycle times, resulting in gains in cash collections and cost savings.
