Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Non-CA).
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, accounting, and vendor payment management.
- Experience in accounting, payment, and submission of statutory dues with regulatory authorities.
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Expertise in month-end closing activities, including depreciation accounting, cost accruals, and related reconciliations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling and mentoring a team of 2-3 individuals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
