Desired Candidate profile
- Ability to build the Dashboards inside of Genesys for agents to see their performance.
- In addition to agents, it would need to be built for supervisors/managers/directors as well.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities.
- Direct experience with Co-pilot and natural language processing (NLP) models.
- Proficiency in Cloud APIs and web services to further integrate it with various business applications.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment of best practices within a Genesys environment, ensuring security and scalability.
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
- Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics to measure Co-pilot’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (like HIPAA) and the ability to ensure the Genesys environment is secure and compliant.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure.
