Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing DME Billing and Accounts Receivable Operations
- Strong expertise in DME Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Revenue Recovery
- In-depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payer reimbursement guidelines
- Proven experience managing large operational teams and driving performance improvements
- Strong understanding of AR aging, collections management, denial prevention, and payer escalation processes
- Ability to manage client relationships and participate in operational and business reviews
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in improving collections, reducing AR aging, and achieving operational targets
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives will be an added advantage
